Frank Buck is the man—literally! As our current mini Nubian breeding buck, he’s handsome and he knows it. Now, I won’t sugarcoat it—bucks can get a little… aromatic during rut in the fall and winter. Frank insists on following some questionable advice from Caprine Quarterly and, yes, he thinks peeing on his face is the way to attract the ladies. We’ve tried to reason with him, but hey, some things are just beyond our control.

Despite his fragrant quirks, Frank is an absolutely essential part of our farm family. Thanks to this hunk, we get adorable kids and delicious goat’s milk every year. We’re so grateful for all he contributes to Just Enough Acres—he truly is the heart of our herd!
